Ledom
I’m Jennifer Ledom, R.N.,
THE Nursing home consultant and registered nurse with more than two decades of experience in skilled nursing, hospice, and long term care administration. Â My background as an Executive Director, Corporate Quality Assurance Nurse, CFO, and Risk Management Consultant gives me a practical, regulatory savvy perspective on how nursing homes truly operate. And, most importantly, what it takes to keep residents safe, facilities compliant, and teams functioning well. Â I work with facility leaders, owners, and attorneys on skilled nursing administration, survey preparation and recovery, long term care risk management, and quality assurance/QAPI to address complex clinical and operational challenges.
Equally important, I partner directly with families who are navigating the stress and uncertainty of caring for an aging or vulnerable loved one.  I help families understand the long‑term care system, evaluate options, interpret what facilities are saying (or not saying), and advocate effectively for safe, dignified, appropriate care.  Whether you are preparing for a survey, stabilizing a struggling facility, facing legal questions, or trying to protect and advocate for someone you love, I’m here to provide clear, compassionate, and actionable guidance every step of the way.
